Our Programs

Computer Donation Program: Incoming college freshmen who are nominated by organizations like Communities In Schools (CIS) and high school counselors are selected to receive new/gently used computers to help them during their college career. This August, we gifted the first round of computers to many delighted students made possible by the generosity of our donors. In future, donations will occur twice a year: prior to the fall semester (May-August) and prior to the spring semester (December-January).

Mentorship Program: Students are paired with high-achieving and trustworthy college level mentors. The mentees are both high school students who need assistance with college readiness, and others who have recently graduated high school and need assistance with the application process. The program prepares students for college by providing guidance regarding reading comprehension, foundational math skills, SAT/ACT Prep, college applications and professionalism tips. This is currently a summer program, but it is expanding to a year round program.
